Us, Yoann & Xavier, is above all a story of solid friendship, adventures lived together and shared passions.
Yoann, a native of Marseilles, an unconditional OM fan and a one of the biggest pastaga drinker, travelled the world before settling in Malaysia. An engineer by trade, an epicurean at heart, he is now the proud father of two beautiful daughters with his lifelong companion, his love of almost 30 years.
At his side is Xavier, his Basque accomplice, a fan of Rugby (Aupa BO) and the troquet's "parrots" (Ricard and mint syrup), with his family... and what a family it is! 4 children and a beautiful wife.
Between us, we've shared trips to the four corners of South-East Asia, sporting challenges, big feasts of good food and drink, and many evenings spent remaking the world over a glass of wine. Together, we cultivate the art of friendship, taste, simple pleasure and the desire to pass on our love of authentic flavours.
Our website is the natural extension of this adventure: an ode to anise, pastis, Basque-Mediterranean conviviality and life's good times.
